Leading from the scar, not the would, to help you rebuild momentum...
Jason has stood on the highest peaks and navigated the deepest, most difficult valleys. His mission is to use the scars of his own professional collapse and the lessons of a public "descent" to help others find their life’s bearings again.
He doesn’t just coach resilience from a distance; he has lived the gruelling process of a public rebuild, making amends, and taking full accountability for the past. While Jason is deeply sorry for the distress and disruption caused by the collapse and breakdown in 2024, he believes that leading from a scar - rather than an open wound - is the only way to provide true, empathetic guidance.
Whether you are a leader feeling flat, a professional lost in the fog of transition, or someone simply tired of "getting by," Jason provides the structure and steady hand needed to move forward. Together, you can find the path back from the whiteout and reclaim your purpose.
A Foundation in Psychology & Experience
Jason’s approach is underpinned by a deep commitment to psychological learning and cognitive resilience. By integrating established principles of human behaviour with his two decades of experience in high-pressure corporate and outdoor environments, he offers a grounded, evidence-based perspective on shared adversity. This blend of academic insight and "boots-on-the-ground" experience allows him to act as a Mountain Guide for the Mind, helping others identify the internal obstacles that hinder growth.
Author & Thought Leader
Jason’s collection of books and journals serves as a practical compass for personal growth. By blending the transformative power of adventure with the raw reality of professional recovery, he provides readers with a tangible 'spark' to move forward. His work focuses on creating the direction and mental sanctuary required to turn a rough patch into a new beginning.
